I find this better than any grocer shelf item, its tastier for a no and/or low carb product, cut thicker than bread slice but smaller squares, Oh yes, it is to me filling as well, a great addition to any low carb eating, I had WLS, this is great stuff, my box full will last a good long while for me enough until I will reorder.. and I will.
